I was born, raised and spent my first 40 years living in Northern Indiana close to Lake Michigan and Chicago. I graduated Indiana University, Bloomington in 1987 where I wrestled, was a starter 3 ½ of my four eligible years and had the opportunity to be coached and train with many world and Olympic medalists.
I began a sales career in 1991 and in 1994 began real estate investing while evolving into sales management leading sales team that covered up to twenty three (23) states of the Midwest with a personal philosophy of “do what’s in the client’s best interest, serve them and we all win”.
In 2004 my wife, three children and I moved to Colorado to live in a place we love that delivers a wonderful quality of life and fulfills our passions for cycling, skiing, motorcycling and other interests. We love it out here.
After moving to Colorado we continued to expand our Real Estate Investments over the last ten years to over sixty units. Working with AZ Mortgage Broker, LLC gives me the opportunity to help others buy their first home or build their own Real Estate investments.
I love real estate, the many benefits it provides and originating loans allows me to help others secure the financing for their own primary home or their 10th investment property, always looking out for the best interest of my clients and finding the best fit loan product for purchase or refinance options to maximize their return on investment.
